• Choose Eyeglasses/Power Sunglasses on the Home Page
• Filter as per your gender/collection/shape/color etc.
• When you find the frame you like, click on ‘Select Your Lenses’ & choose preferred lenses
• Fill in the required details at checkout & make your payment.

Note: Your Prescription will be taken post order placement.

Once you place your order, you will be directed to “Upload Prescription” Page.

In case you don’t have your prescription handy, you can also tap on “Update Later” & share your prescription within 7 days of placing your order. You can do so by going to My Orders > View Details > Upload Prescription Tab.

P.S. For higher eye powers, you may be asked to send your valid prescriptions via an email.

There are two types of values- OD and OS in your prescription to denote Right Eye & Left Eye respectively. Values in negative stand for nearsightedness and positive ones for farsightedness

If you have astigmatism, you may see three filled sections under - Spherical, Cylinder and Axis.

• Spherical shows nearsightedness / farsightedness
• Cylinder can be positive or negative
• Axis ranges from 0-180 degrees

• Place a ruler in millimeters on the bridge of your nose.
• Have a friend or family member face you at arm's length.
• Have them measure the distance between the center of both your pupils (the black dots in your eyes).

If you don't have someone to help you then face the mirror and try doing it yourself. If you own a pair of glasses currently, try drawing dots on your lenses with a magic marker or highlighter at the exact location of your pupils. This distance is your PD Value.

In case of Failed Payment:

Please try placing the order again. In case your money is deducted, the same will refunded within 7-10 days.

It’s okay. You can cancel your current order and place a fresh one. We will refund you for the payment you've made on the incorrect order. If possible, kindly cancel your order before dispatch.

Yes, we do provide itemized receipts on all purchases. You can also sign-in to check the same under My Orders – View Details section in your account when your order is delivered.

In metro cities, the order ready time for fashion sunglasses, zero power glasses and computer glasses is 2-3 working days. For eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses, the manufacturing takes about 5-7 working days. Post which your orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days.

For Rural pin codes served by India Post, the delivery may take up to 30 days.

Our quality control team at EyeMyEye ensures thorough testing and examination of all the products prior to shipping, yet if you’ve received a damaged product or not as per your prescription details, you can initiate a “Return Request” in My Order - View Details section. Post which you can place a new order.

P.S. It is the customer's responsibility to not to accept shipment if damaged, or if the package is already opened. After opening the package, if the product is damaged, customer should write or call us at our customer support and log-in the issue on the same date of product received. If customer does not log-in the complaint within the time frame mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns in such cases

In an unlikely event, if you’ve received an empty or partial order, kindly inform us at support@eyemyeye.com or call our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the box. We insist on informing us in the given timeline in order to avoid any further hassle. Any further delay shall result in no refunds/returns.

In case a product gets marked incorrectly ‘Delivered’ on the panel, kindly send us an email at support@eyemyeye.com or call our customer care within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to help you track your order.

eyemyeye.com offers a 7-Day Easy Returns policy to all its customers. Customers can raise a return-request within 1 weeks from the date of delivery, by logging into their accounts. Simply go to My Orders – View Details and initiate the returns process.

It is mandatory to collect pickup receipt from the pickup agent while returning your order.

If you have paid online through a credit/debit card, then the refund will be processed to the same card. If you have paid via Net Banking or Cash on Delivery (COD), you will get your refund into your bank account via NEFT. Once you initiate a refund request, we will contact you for your bank details.

Once the product reaches us in its original condition and clears quality check, we will process your refund in 10-12 working days.

As of now, we do not accept any request for change of debit or credit card at any point.

Yes, returns are free of cost. If you have received a defective/damaged shipment or you are not satisfied with the product, you can opt for a free return. Once the product is shipped back to us, we will inspect the item & initiate refunds immediately.

P.S. If your package was damaged during shipment, then you can opt for a refund. In case the damage is known to customer after opening of the package, then customer has to update EyeMyEye customer support with details of the damage on the same date of product delivery. If customer fails to inform us of the defect within the above stipulated time, then EyeMyEye will not be liable to refund the product.

If you are not sure of the order you have placed, you can easily cancel it. Go to My Orders, select View Details and click on Cancel Order.

Cancellation requests are valid only until the product is dispatched. Once dispatched, you will have to receive the product and initiate a 'Return Request’ within 7 days of product delivery.

Yes, we offer 1-year conditional warranty on the defective/damaged lens coating. The actual warranty period is mentioned on the lens selection page. For complete details, you may refer to our Warranty Policy here.

As of now, we do not offer any replacements.

However, in case if you have received a damaged product, kindly inform us on the date of delivery itself so that we can take further action. Any later, a Return Request will have to be placed post receiving the order.
